Poco M7 5G is going to release in India on March 3, 2025. And a dedicated microsite of the same has gone live on Flipkart as well. The device is going to be a watered-down variant of the Poco M7 Pro that made a debut a few months ago. In the past, some of the key specifications of the device like the price range, RAM, and processor have been revealed.
And a lot of specs have been confirmed. As for the design, the phone will have a waterdrop notch for the placement of the front snapper. Apart from that, it will get a USB Type-C port, speaker vents, microphone, at the bottom edge. The power button and the volume rockers will be placed at the right pine. The SIM tray of the smartphone has been placed on the left. It will be available in three different color options – Ocean Blue, Mint Green, and Satin Black.
Poco M7 5G expected specifications and features
The Poco M7 5G will come with a 6.88-inch display coupled with a 120Hz refresh rate along with 600 nits of peak brightness and 240Hz touch sampling rate. It will also bring TUV Low Blue Light emission along with Flicker-Free and Circadian certifications. As for the sensors, the phone will sport a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary shooter by Sony along with 7 film filters. At the front, we may get to see an 8MP front snapper for capturing selfies and attending video calls.
The Poco M7 5G will be powered by a 5160mAh battery along with 18W fast charging support. Nonetheless, it is being said that the company will offer a 33W charger in the box. The device will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor paired with 12GB RAM out of which 6GB will be virtual RAM or Turbo RAM. The device will carry IP52 certification for dust and splash resistance.
