
Xiaomi is all set to unveil its flagship smartphone Xiaomi 15 Ultra soon. The tech giant revealed that it will launch the Xiaomi 15 Ultra on 27 February. Initially, the smartphone will be launched in China and then in other markets. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be launched alongside the company’s new luxury car, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, RedmiBook 16 Pro 2025, and Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro earbuds. The upcoming Xiaomi 15 Ultra is the successor of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra launched last year in China and then in India in April. To recall, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra was launched at Rs 99,999 in India.

The launch date and time of the upcoming Xiaomi 15 Ultra has been revealed via Weibo post. The post states that the smartphone will be launched in China on 27 February at 7PM CST (4:30PM IST). The device will launch globally on March 2 and March 18 in India. Buyers in China can book the 15 Ultra via Mi Mall.
Talking about the specifications, Xiaomi 15 Ultra will ship with HyperOS interface and Leica-branded cameras. It will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with 16GB of RAM. The Geekbench listing reveals that the phone will run on Android 15 and will have quad camera setup.
As far as cameras are concerned, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will comprise 50MP 1-inch type Sony LYT-900 sensor, 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN5 ultra wide-angle camera, a 50MP Sony IMX858 telephoto camera, and 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP9 camera. The 200MP camera will be equipped with 4.3x optical zoom.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra is likely to feature a 6.36-inch 1.5K OLED display along with IP68 + IP69 ratings. The earlier leaked renders showcases that the phone will be available in two color options of black and white. Xiaomi 15 Ultra is expected to be 9.48mm thick and 229gms in thickness.
